In honor of Angie and my recent trip to Australia we thought we would challenge the cooking club to come up with Australian themed cuisine. Given that after spending a week in Australia I still couldn't tell you what makes up Australian cuisine I was really impressed with all the work everyone did to try and stick to it.
It was also a meeting with a lot to celebrate during this cooking club... two new members (Sandy and Melissa), Lisa Roth's 21st (again) birthday, and Emily's presence (and engagement).
I, for one, am looking forward to lounging on Colleen's new sofa when she hosts the September gathering.
